Carrie is the proud Mother of three children, Ron, Sabrina and Laila. Carrie worked 18 years as the Assistant Home Supervisor at Community Bridges in Ruston, where she received her CMA (Certified Medication Administration) License. She then went on to obtain her license in Phlebotomy. Carrie is extremely family oriented, and she loves cooking, and the outdoors. She especially loves going to Church!

Mary is a Nurse here at Bienville Family Clinic! She has been providing nursing services to the children of the Northern Bienville Parish Region for over 15 years. She has been married to her husband, Ronnie, for 35 years. They have 2 children and 2 grandchildren that they love spending time with. Mary and her family enjoy traveling and camping in their RV. She also loves cooking, especially desserts! Bienville Family Clinic Staff especially loves her Gourmet Candied Applies as well as her scrumptious Chocolate Covered Strawberries!

Angelia Vonceil Cooper joined our team in 2017. Vonceil attended LSU where she received a B.A. in Spanish Literature. Vonceil continued her interest in pursing nursing, and received a B.S. in Nursing from Louisiana college in 1987. She completed her M.S. in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner at Alcorn State University in 2009. As a bilingual Spanish English speaker, she has worked in family practice, internal medicine, urgent care and acute care. Vonceil brings over 30 years of health care experience to our clinic! Vonceil and her husband James reside in Downsville. She enjoys riding her horses and taking care of 19 chickens.

Dr. Terry B. Gardner, Medical Director
Dr. Gardner has been Board-Certified in Family Medicine since 1999. He graduated from Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana-Monroe) in 1980 with a B.S degree in Geology, prior to working as a Petroleum Geologist with Pennzoil Co. for seven years. He entered Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1988, and was awarded his M.D. degree in 1992. He spent the next six years at LSUMC Hospital in Shreveport, receiving additional training in the Pathology Residency Program, followed by the Family Medicine Residency Program. He has been in full-time practice in Arcadia, Louisiana since completion of the Family Medicine program in 1998.

Crystal Rabo joined the Bienville Family Clinic team in 2014 with over 10 years of billing experience. Prior to joining the BFC Team, she worked for American Stat Care in West Monroe for approximately 4 years. Crystal has to her credit, as well, approximately 7 years of billing experience in hospital billing. Her billing and coding experience includes oncology/hematology, internal medicine, OB/GYN, pediatrics, general surgery, orthopedics, and cardiology. She has been a Certified Medical Coder through Practice Management Institute since 2006. Crystal is a current member of Louisiana Medical Group Management Association. Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. Crystal was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in June 2015.

Kimberly Nicole Roberson was a dedicated employee of Bienville Family Clinic and a dedicated employee of Willis Medical Pediatrics in Arcadia for more than twelve (12) years. She was known for creating healthcare access in our area by creating appointments for children, sometimes when appointments were not available. She was known and loved throughout our community. We shall always remember her dedication and service to our community.

Sandra Thompson is a Registered Medical Assistant who serves in the front office/patient intake/checkout areas at Bienville Family Clinic. She earned her degree at Ayers Career College in Shreveport, La. Sandra has over 20 years of experience in the health care field. She joined the team at Bienville Family Clinic in 2012. Sandra is a native of Gibsland, Louisiana, and is the proud mother of four children. Her passion is to help people and to make a difference in their lives. Sandra enjoys traveling, shopping, and listening to music.
